- Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt at any branch.
- Items must be in resellable condition.
- Items can only be returned for store credit. We offer no cash refunds.
- In the event of a faulty item, we will replace it or offer credit if the item is no longer available within 1 month of purchase.
- Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days from the date of delivery have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your return must be logged within these 7 days. To log a return please mail us at email@example.com. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will allow additional extra 3 working days for the item to be received by us. Please make use of courier companies as the postal service may slow this down and result in an abortion of the return. In this instance, you will have to arrange your own delivery of the item to yourself from the shop.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Intimate products such as underwear bottoms, stockings, swimwear and earrings will not be eligible for return. We also do not accept beauty products including make–up, lotions, nail lacquers or perfumes for returns.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please pack this with your item for the return.
Goods may also be returned to our main retail branch in Rosebank, The Zone , Johannesburg.
Returns can result in exchange or store credit only. The difference (if any) will be compensated for.
Refunds are only applicable for factory faulty goods and will only be applied within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged or refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items for another size only (unless faulty item). If the style of the item is not suitable we will exchange it for another style of item. In this instance, another delivery fee will be applicable and any price disparities will be compensated for via store credit or otherwise if applicable. If no items interest you, you will be issued store credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
